During the pandemic, 3 flutists from USA & France found themselves isolated in NYC & began to serenade their quarantined neighbors in a Park Slope brownstone backyard every weekend, giving birth to the N.Y. Metro Flute Trio. With extraordinary mastery of their instruments & a shared passion for music, the Trio breaks away from traditional chamber music norms, delivering virtuosic performances that infuse depth & richness into both classical & contemporary flute repertoire, including newly arranged works by member P. Kulka. The mixed-flutes ensemble offers a unique and captivating approach to chamber music. Their performances are a beautiful blend of passion and delicacy, with the musicians' distinct personalities merging seamlessly to create an unforgettable musical experience. Their remarkable talent has not gone unnoticed. They were invited to perform at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall (ACMA Passion Through Performance), a testament to their growing recognition.

Classical flute trio repertoire and adapted works from Baroque (Bach, Handel, Vivaldi), Classical (Mozart, Beethoven), Romantic (Chopin, Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky), Contemporary (Casterede, Zempleni, Sorrentino), and Popular (George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Scott Joplin) eras.
