About

The recently formed Earhart Trio enjoy performing both lesser-known works as well as beloved masterpieces of the repertoire. Based in the SF Bay Area, the illustrious members of the group have rich and varied backgrounds in performing in dozen countries across the globe.
The Earhart Trio: pianist Kumiko Uyeda, violinist Kate Stenberg, and cellist Mary Artmann.

Music

Composers in our repertoire include, among other composers: Clara Schumann, Lera Auerbach, Dmitri Shostakovich, Astor Piazzolla, and Joseph Haydn. The Earhart Trio has recently commissioned a new piano trio by the Bay Area composer Ben Dorfan.
