Dear Music Lovers,
On Sunday, July 6th, at 5:00 pm, I will host a musical event in my condo. The music will start at about 5:30pm. Enjoy some splendid music, wine, cheese, and conversation with other music enthusiasts. Bring your own food and drinks if you like; I’ll only provide minimal wine and snacks.
Jay Julio, viola/violin, and Violetta Maria Norrie, harpist, will perform for us! Many of you will recall Jay from my November 2024 Groupmuse. Among other degrees and awards, Jay has an MM from the Juilliard School and is the Viola / Violin III chair on Hamilton (Angelica tour), and Assistant Principal Violist of the Opera Philadelphia Orchestra. Violetta is an accomplished harpist with an MM from the Yale School of Music and has performed at Carnegie Hall and many other prestigious venues.
Don’t forget to register with Groupmuse (Philadelphia) for this exciting event.
Finally, you will each be expected to donate $20—all of it goes directly to the musician. Give more if you like!
