Isabel Keleti is an award-winning NYC-based pianist. A native of Kansas, Isabel studied for many years with Jack Winerock at the KU School of Music, before continuing her studies at the Mannes School of Music in New York City. Isabel’s deep affinity for Czech music led her to the Czech Republic as a Fulbright Scholar, where she studied with Jan Jiraský at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. Her dedication to promoting Czech culture earned her the 2024 Gold Crystal Heart Award, recognizing her significant contributions to Czech culture in New York City.
As a performer, Isabel has garnered acclaim on international stages. In 2019, she won the ROXE MTSY International Music Competition in Xi’an and the BIMFA Solo Piano Competition in Beijing. Isabel has performed at prestigious venues, including Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, the Dvorak Museum in Prague, Bohemian National Hall, Xi’an Concert Hall, and the Lied Center in Kansas. She has performed as a soloist with the Alicante Symphony Orchestra of Spain, the Conero Festival Orchestra in Italy, and the Heritage Philharmonic Orchestra of Missouri.
