A Groupmuse Night Out in Napa?! Welcome to your Groupmuse mini-vacation weekend in California's beautiful wine country. 🌅
Our NEW presenting partner, New Music Decanted Festival, is opening their doors (at supremely discounted rates) for our Groupmuse community to join them for the fourth concert of their three-day festival.
The festival in its entirety will feature seven U.S. premieres and fifteen West Coast premieres, as it celebrates the complete chamber works of the late composer Kaija Saariaho. Stay the whole weekend to hear every piece or simply hop in for this fourth concert, and spend the rest of your weekend exploring all the incredible local offerings.
Kaija Saariaho (1952–2023) was a visionary composer celebrated for her pioneering work in spectralist style. Renowned for blending acoustic and electronic elements, Saariaho's compositions have captivated audiences worldwide, securing her a place among the most influential contemporary composers.
🍷 Your Groupmuse Night Out ticket includes a pre-concert wine reception, provided by Faust Wines, which begins at 6:45. The music will start at 7:30.
Seating is first come, first served in the General Admission section. Please pick up your tickets in the lobby.
