About

I'm a cellist currently studying at The Juilliard School and Columbia University. I love to perform and meet new people. I'm also an alumni of the Perlman Music Program, and, this summer, I'll be at Kneisel Hall, a chamber music festival in Maine.

I find chamber music and intimate performances to be the incredibly meaningful, since that's where real musical conversations happen.

Music

Most of my repertoire is standard cannon classical music. That said, I'm open to all sorts of music. I once came across a quote—though I can't recall who said it—that really stuck with me:

"We must play old music as if it were new, and new music as if it were old."

That philosophy resonates deeply with me, reminding me to bring freshness and spontaneity to the classics while honoring the depth and tradition in contemporary works.
